Windows 10 Film & TV app VS Voyo

Hi All,

I successfully upgraded my Voyo to Windows 10 without any issue.
I'm dealing with the MSFT Film & TV (or Movie & TV) apps right now.
No sound from MKV (tested only with mkv files).

Audio works great and additionally I can play MKVs without any issues with other players.
Tested from a different PC, audio works fine on Film & TV apps (same TV and MKV file)

It sounds to be an app issue with IntelHD driver.
Anyone can confirm this issue?

Intel does not have a codec. Is the sound is in the system, you can hear youtube?

Hi Robert,

yes, the audio is working fine.
I have this issue only with the MSFT Film & TV apps.

When I'm using it to render the MKV file no audio is sent through the HDMI to the TV

If I use MPC everything works fine

The IntelHD chipset controls the HDMI communications.
But I'm not sure if this issue is related to the OS upgrade or is common on all VOYOs
