Hello freaktab, I think I need little help here, I have two things I want yo ask about. #1- Can I use rockchip android tool with no rockchip devices #2- Is there is any way to merge the output files of rockchip android tool (system.img,boot.img,recovery.img,backup.img,misc. img,kernel.img,parameter.txt) into one flashable zip or img file to flash it with phoenix card and will it work well I wish you can help me and thank you all for your time.

You should start by stating witch device you using. Allwinner use Allwinner tools and Rockchip use Rockchip tools, they are not interchangeable.
