I have recently bought 2 MX3 boxes, a 1G version from geekbuying and a 2G version from GooBangDoo. The 1G works flawlessly it has a build number of 112v4 (I'm assuming that this is the firmware version). My problem is with the 2G version, it has a build number of KOT49H.20150619 test-keys. The video will randomly cut out and the play store tells me that my device isn't compatible for 90% of my apps while the 1G version lets me install all apps. With the video, I have tried different cables, different TV but the same issue. Any advice?

1. The video issue.. Needs more info, what are you trying to play? What are you using to play the file?
2. G-store issue, (possibe fix) bootup 1g..install backup app..backup favorite apps..save backup to usbstick //bootup 2g..connect usbstick..install apk files

1. The video cuts out randomly when I'm in Kodi, Netflix, Home Screen it doesn't seems to matter.
Could it have anything to do withe the firmware? I can't seem to find much info on that build number.
As for the Playstore I'll give it a shot
