My OTT M8 box won't boot up

(. Power light is lit (blue), but nothing happens when I try to boot it up. I have tried to flash firmware on to it

but it won't even load that. When I hold the reset button in and power up, nothing happens.
There was a few power cuts last night, do you think that this would cause the issue, and if so is there a way to flash the box or is it now bricked/
