cx-S806 bricked. How to unbrick?

Sorry for open a new thread, but I really need help with my cx-S806/Instabox Phantom 2GB box.

and I was also in contact with the very bad support of Instabox without success. I cannot update the firmware with the USB burning tool, not with the USB stick method (OpenELEC) and the box is not booting since the first try of firmware updates. When I plug in the power supply, the blue LED just turns on and there is no output over HDMI.

Today I tried to create a bootable USB stick with the bootcard maker tool

without success.

What else can I do? Open the box and try to reset the NAND? Is there any manual? Is the box completely broken?

Please help me. PLEASE.

Ok, today I thought about to take the next step in the trouble shooting: NAND reset over the pins. But the Problem is that I did not find the datasheet of the NAND.
Next plan, retry upgrading the firmware. For this I collected every FW file which I found over google:

Surprisingly I was able to flash the unit with FW 1 & 6 without any issue in the USB burbning tool. The other ones were making problems.



But, this is what I saw with FW 1 (S806_S802_DDR2G_WIFI6210_sdk0823_140917)





And this with FW 6 (S806_S812_DDR2G_WIFI6210_camera_sdk0823_141008)






With both firmwares Android was not booting. The label on the Board says S806 8G+ 1G + 6210Wifi.






So, for me it is a small success. But what else I have to do to bring it back to a running system?

Why is FW 1 & 6 working, and why do the other ones are not working? Do I properly use the wrong FW version? Is Android not included in the firmware and image files?
