Mele F10 pro remote Hijacking Sound while HDMI selected || MXiii OpenElec

HI there,

One way or another, no matter what settings I choose in the Audio Hardware Settings, my MXiii just won't use the HDMI sound and keeps using the remote which has an internal soundbox.
The dongle that does suppost to work as USB Sounddevice overrules everything.

Im sure some modification of a file could rule this out. I'm just ueless where to look as all basic configfiles show the Amlogic HDMI as being used. But it really isnt.

Could anyone help me out?

On android you use sound about or the inbuilt option to disable, or manual disable in build prop. Not sure about open elec

I sold mine and got an F10 Deluxe because of this.

I just comment/delete the usb function on /system/etc/audio_policy.conf then the sound working great on hdmi

Thanks for trying to provide a solution.

Nevertheless, there is no audio_policy.conf at /system/etc

Might be due to that im running on unofficial OpenELEC build on the MXiii or the location isnt the corect one.
Been seraching for the file at other locations without any luck.

Any more ideas?
