Cheaper prices coming for Chinese goods?

I saw the Yuan has lost some value. Whether as a result of the economy or some Chinese market manipulation, it should make Chinese goods cheaper for many. While there is a dark side to the falling Yuan, I'll leave that part to the finance forums. But for us Chinese device consumers, it could be good news.

Great Question Riscy, I've been thinking about this for a few days. I think probably yes the goods will be cheaper than before

Lots of countries rely on the Chinese economy for exports.
So if the Chinese economy is doing worse, a lot of countries economies/stock exchanges also perform worse.
Unfortunately my currency is just on a downwards spiral against the $, so it becomes very expensive to import anything.

I doubt you will see any impact on pricing. This precipitous worst in a decade drop has been less than 3%, so the cost for a $100 player might drop $3 (if you purchase in Yuan and use credit card to convert the money). If you buy in USD, the price won't move.
