BEELINK MXQ S85 Help

Hi,
I have a Beelink MXQ S85 (button ontop/redstripe) that was flashed with incorrect firmware. Box powers on but no display on tv.
I have tried to flash via micro sd card while holding in reset button but nothing happens/it wont boot to recovery.

Ive tried to connect the box to my laptop with phone cable into the micro usb port while holding reset but it doesnt show in amlogic burning tool.

I have read about the bootcard maker but can someone tell me where to find the u.boot.bin file? I have downloaded the latest firmware rar 110k4, when i unzip there is no u.boot.bin file in the folder?

Download this firmware (v.110k4)
Unpack to the root path of a microSD card formatted in FAT32.
Power off the MXQ
Put the microSD in the MXQ
Introduce the toothpick in the AV connector until you hear "click". Hold this pressed.
Power on the MXQ with the power button.

When a android image appears free the touthpick button.
