CX919ii No good ROM !

I have tried all the firmware in the net, All of them doesn't work,
Still search for a rom that the following actions are working:
WIFI
BT
HD with no statues/flickering frames

No one single rom that fully worked for me,
Worst dongle ever!!!!
Someonr can help ?
