You will need to upload your photo to a image hosting website,Then once its uploaded there it will give you a link you can post on forums that will show it full sized..

The link tinypic will give you will look like this,

[xxx]http://i58.tinypic.com/sfv7nd.jpg[/IMG]

Apart from I have replaced IMG at the start with xxx to show you what the link will look like.

Then all you need to do is to put that link in your post, click on preview to see if it works..
