MK908 4.2.2 ??

Any word yet as to whats happening with the release of the stock 4.2.2 firm/rom??
Last I heard it was to be release like last week but stil a no show

I have heard nothing yet. But if you use Netflix you will not want 4.2.2 as it wont work on 4.2.2. Video is scrambled. This is true on every 4.2.2 I have tried so far including 3066 devices.

Thanks for the fast reply Bob.
Im not trying to drive you crazy with all these issues with all these different new devices.
I am just trying to get one of them working with the apps I use most, frantically switch between CX-803,MK808,and MK908.
I mostly use the CX-803 due to the powerfull WIFI it has,while the MK808,and MK908 sits on the shelf collecting dust.
I am having some issues with the CX-803 dropping WIFI all of the sudden and games crashing back to the desktop when plugging in an xbox controller.Happens when plugging in to the device dirrectly and even through 2 different powered USB hubs
Thought it could be a power draw problem so I tried a 5v 1000a psu but still same issues arise.

Rockchip just release the android 4.2 SDK on rk3188 device, now the tronsmart engineer is working hard on the android 4.2 update on this device!
once they finish, we will release!

like what bob said, the netflix is a pain on android 4.2 if you want to use that, i suggest to stick on finless android 4.1 custom rom for mk908.

Sweet!! I really hope they get a chance to fix the nextflix issue with 4.2.2.
I am really looking forward to the next rom and what Bob can do with it.

When I get some time I am going to take apart the Netflix APK and have a look at it.
Older versions of Netflix APK do not have the interlacing issue! Only the latest version of Netflix have this issue with 4.2.2. But the old versions will no longer stream correctly.

I am betting it is some interlace setting and maybe I can find it and mod a Netflix to work on 4.2.2
