An unmarked Android TV box, and would like to identify the exact model number, as there are many variants.

The outside box marked as:

FULL HD 1920X1080P SMART MULTIMEDIA PLAYER

Inside, the pcb marked as : HM 237212
94V0 1350

About says:

Rockchip Nexus 10 Android 4.4.2 Kernel 3.0.36 root@ubuntuweaver 15 RK3188 4.4.2 KOT 49H Vendor Nepumuk V1.00 firmware.

Is this a CS918 ?

It worked perfectly for many months, but now, it is prompting me to enter a password to decrypt storage, and unable to reset- getting the android logo and a red ? and reverts to password prompt ! A bug, a virus ?

I am trying to locate the SD internal card, but cannot locate it on the internal pcb.

Am I right in saying that it has no removable SD card, and I need to make a complete reset and flash ?
I cannot see any removable memory card.
