Strange WIFI behaviour

Hi all,
I have mk808 with lewey's 2.2.3 rom. I am having a very strange issue where I can connect to my home wifi without any issues (I have AT&T uverser dsl wit 2-wire router/modem). But when I take it to my friend's house and try to connect wit his wifi then this happens.

1. Device see the wifi and allows me to enter id and password before trying to connect.
2. After that it tries to connect.
3. Gets hung on "Obtaining IP Address..." message.

I have waited and waited but it does not connect. Later on it saves the wifi info and quits.

My friend has cable internet with D-Link 655 router.

Any idea/suggestions?

This is a Problem of the D-Link Router.
To solve this Problem your Friend must change his Wifi Encryption from WPA2-AES
to WPA2-TKIP.
This should Fix Your Problem.
