The seller says he have no root for this device. But I think it's not true

What do you think, which firmware is suitable for this device?
    And how about a root?

    Thank you!

        Sadly.. I have no clue
        -never seen this PCB
        I would first test..
        -if the device has root?
-does it have a recovery mode\Button?
-does it have a OTG port..do i have the right cable..does my PC see the unit?
-what info does the flash utility or kernel msg show?

Ps..have you tried OTA updating? (Online fw update app)
        Ps..its smart to wait..for a stock fw..just encase

        Goodluck

The seller have sent me the firmware KOT49H.20150610
but update procedure fails after reboot at the first time.

Then I've tried the update procedure again, couple of times
with a different SD cards, built from Amlogic sdcardmaker (as in sellers instructions).
And now it completes the flashing (progress bar finished) in a couple of minutes, then it reboots, and starts the flashing again... and then again... in a loop

I have tried to stop it when it reboots, and boot from custom TWRP, and now I CAN see the mounted /cache, /data, /system, etc.
          but no bootloader

            Imagine that!
The seller tells me he have sent wrong firmware file Damn!
I have tried to flash this new firmware, but the update procedure is looping, same as with previous firmware.
After i have pressed the recovery button, the Droid logo with a progress-bar started. After progress-bar is complete, the device reboots.
But thet it starting the same procedure again - Droid logo with a bar, reboot... in a loop
And yet, it's unable to boot without sdcard

I could boot with TWRP recovery and can see the partitions mounted

By the way, I have checked the sdcard partition, and I see in boot (0 sector) same data as in u-boot.bin file,
so sdcardmaker.exe works, it writes bootloader.

Oh, by the way. There is a LED blinking with a red and blue now after power-up, and when flashing procedure.
Do you know what it means?
