Um....first off..what serial number are you referring to? Second, even if you were referring to a serial number, the pic you posted doesn't show any serial number. I'm confused.

Indeed, attached the correct now!

To trade this device in and receive a credit for it, it needs to have a serial number.

Is there a way to populate that serial number field?

The first pic had the 'build number'. on the PMID701C it shows there. for the PTAB I bet it's "IML74K"

Why would you need to worry about that? you just said you need a serial number to trade it in-if you provide them with a serial number, isn't that enough?
