Vsmart Q8 HDMI problem

I ordered vsmart q8 on **** i installed to tv with hdmi cable i cant get picture to tv
Now i have tested multiple firmwares same problem when i plug power red light and when i press power button blue light lights but no picture on tv
Tv is LG there should be in input menu that i can select HDMI 1 but i cant

You should be able to select HDMI input no matter what device you have connected. II should should "no signal" if your device indeed does not output anything. Try with a different tv or friend's tv.

Then your device is broken.
Eny Q8P says it all, low quality boards with no electromagnetic protection or extra capacitors like more expensive boards that provide protection.
Also no heatsink, it could have overheated.
Also try a different power adaptor, as the ones shipping with Q8P, Vsmart or Eny boxes are usually really bad.
There is a reason these boxes are cheaper than other ones.

You can invoke Buyer protection in **** if it is DOA or talk to your seller for refund and go for a better device like mo123 says.

I had the same box here, same PCB. Not really the best.

I had problems with HDMI-CEC. Find not fw with HDMI-CEC support for this box. :-(
