Need some help to stick MK809iv

Hello (I write through the translator)
I have 2 stik:
1. MK809III RK3188-T AP6210 on CYXTECH V1.1 board
2. MK809IV RK3188-T rtl8723bs on XZH_tv03 V1R2 board
Both of them work at the TV set LG, operationally.
Also I have Automobile multimedia Pioneer SPH-DA110 Appradio3
MK809III works at it, but MK809IV doesn't work... SPH-DA110 simply doesn't see a stik. In what there can be a problem?
