Everything works perfectly here.
Watching streaming movie right now and all seems to be fine.
Don't like restoring my apps with titanium backup so I got all them back through Google Play.
So happy and so pleased.

New to this.
Had been playing around for a few weeks with the stock rom.
Everything worked oke.
Then i saw this this update.
Before i tried flashing i tried to identify my MK808 and looks like an original.
It has the RK901 chip.
Then i tried flashing.
i have read the instructions and went for it.
I could only get it in flashmode with the pinhole thingy.
The flash tool erased the nand perfectly.
Then i tried flashing but as soon as it should start to write
an error appears.
the file cant be loaded.
So i am stuck.
Any ideas???

I wish I know why this is true on 4.2.2
This is something that needs to be fixed by ALL TV stick makers or the amount of returned products will grow leaps and bounds as 4.2.2 becomes the standard ROM these ship with.
It might be something with EDID setting interlaced or progressive output?
It might be some format change that some TV cant support?
Other possibilities why?
Someone with TV equipment that can analyze the output needs to look at this. I am sure it can be fixed but until we know what it is, it's a guessing game!
Only thing I might ask you guys with this problem is try playing with your TV settings. Also if you have a HDMI switch or something, try going through that. Some of them may normalize the signals.

If you do not ever see the flash tool say "Found RKAndroid MASS Storage USB"
Or reboot to flash mode does not work, then use this manual proceedure.
1) Have the USB cable unplugged.
2) Near the HDMI port are 2 holes in each corner. One is the blue LED hole.
The other in the corner is a reset button under the hole.
Use a paper clip or something to push the reset button in this hole.
I actually enlarged the hole so a paper clip would fit.
You will feel the button "click" when you are on it.
3) Hold this button down and while holding it, plug the USB cable from the PC to the OTG port on the mk808.
4) YOu should here windows BONG it found a new device. The LED will not light!
5) You are now in ROM flash mode. Read below for installing drivers.
Just flashed the ROM again, still no display after "INFO: Run OK" Any ideas why?

mop, thanks.... I just checked and your right. I usually always add these XML files but missed it this time darn it
If I do an update, I will add them.
quertz, 4.2.2 changed the TV HDMI output format and some TVs wont work. If you look through any of the 4.2.2 ROM threads this is a common issue. I have not figured out why yet but it is a fact that some TVs cant handle the new output format.
FYI this same format is what is screwing up Netflix from working....

Some apps like wetter.com are still marked as not compatible in Google Play Store.
The following changes will enable some more applications.
Open a terminal window (requires root access)
Mount /system as rw
# su -
# mount -o rw,remount /system
Modify /system/build.prop or use build.prop from the zip file:
ro.product.board=grouper
Copy XML files from the zip-attachment to /system/etc/permissions/ and build.prop to /system/
Correct the file permissions for all copied files
# chmod 644 /system/etc/permissions/*.xml
# chown 0:0 /system/etc/permissions/*.xml
# chmod 644 /system/build.prop
# chown 0:0 /system/build.prop
Go to Settings -> Apps -> All -> Google Play Store -> Force Stop and Clear Data
Reboot
In some cases you might to need to clear data for Google Services Framework, too.

MEASY U2A
Hi,
Today I flashed Measy U2A with this ROM and this is the best ROM i`ve ever tried.
Obviously wifi doesn`t work but i got USB-rj45 and finally LAN works like a charm. With 1.7 Finless`es ROMs it didn`t, everytime I tried to download something from Google Store or watch Youtube, Measy crashed.
Moreover, i did some tests with Antutu. Best score was almost 9200, so i`m really happy.
Thank you Bob!
