I have my Pipo connected to my TV via HDMI however I have a overscan problem where the desktop is like half inch bigger than the screen. I disabled overscan on my TV menu but it didnt make any difference.
I have removed android from the device and have clean install of Windows 10
Some TV only permit to disable overscan on some type of cables (mine don't overscan over HDMI, only VGA). Check this first.
Also check if the intel driver in use can be tweaked to some custom resolution.
