How to set another language layout in Logitech keyboard K400 ?

Maybe someone knows, how to set (for example) Czech layout in Logitech K400 wireless keyboard. Keyboard is default in Czech, language in MK 808 is too set to czech, also another setting keyboards. I need some symbols on keyboard, like š, ý, á, č etc... but I have only english parts ( @, #, %, $ etc.)
Please, how to set it ? I also tried Null Keyborard, not helped.

In APP Store there is a Program called External Keyboard Helper.
With this you can Set the Language of the Ext. Keyboard.
