hello I bought a stream box about 9 months ago and iam very pleased with it , but a couple of days ago it stopped working with moveis and tv shows. i can still get live tv. could you help. when i try to go to a movie or tv show all i get is 3 small boxes ' files, playlists and video add on`s` when i try to go any further all i get is ; failed to connect to url, I am new to this, regards Stuart Davis
I would suggest a factory reset. That will bring your box back to full stock setup. Ive never used a Stream box but it might have a factory reset app. If not there should be a pin hole on the box some where or the button will be in the a/v input jack. Most use a toothpick to reach it. So you would unplug the device. hold the button down and power up the device while holding the button. Let go of the button once you see a status bar or a little android guy getting his guts changed. Even if you see the setup screen wait about 5 mins, Most boxs are still loading at this point even though theres no status bar. GOODLUCK!!
