help on MXIII

hi i have this box MXIII and when i switch it on its stuck on google tv logo.i tried to change the firmware with usb burning tool.it takes the firmware but when start again its stuck on google tv logo.
any help please?

Did you direct @ the first time you had bought the box get this screen or you try thing you better did not do?

hi i have another box that stuck on google tv logo. i tried many firmware but nothing happen when i try to switch it on again its stuck on google tv logo.it was working good for a months but today i tried to switch it on and stopped on google tv logo.any help please.
