Does this tablet exist?

Was wondering if a tablet with these things exist all together.budget is$100 will be using to view ip cameras and browsing web.

1.gps for on the go.
2.hdmi to hook to tv.
3.netflix in 720p
4.memory expansion.
5.not too bright.

Well.. a longtime ago..
I hat a bluetooth gps dongle..(tomtom mkii) and a tablet with bluetooth.. it worked realy good
So, you might just need a phone/tablet with bluetooth/hdmi

Just a thought.. goodluck
