How to restore IMEI if all you have is the number?

Hello,

Long story short, I have flashed over the IMEI and I lost the IMEI backup I made with Mobileuncle. Epic fail, I know.

How do you restore the IMEI when all you know is the actual sequence of digits (I made sure I wrote those down and saved them)?
