Hello, Luroe! Sad to say, but Avast isn't really good at whis point. To remove such unwanted software as Esurf.biz (by the way it's not a virus, it's a hijacker) you need to follow few simple steps.
First: remove Esurf.biz from Control Panel/Programs(remove programs). After that, remove it from browser, as yuriswita said. Then reset your browser settings and reboot the PC. If it comes back - than you need the heavy artillery, something like this: http://pcfixhelp.net/hijackers/1630-...move-esurf-biz
This guide helped me once, and I hope it will help you too

I had esurfbiz redirect on Chrome browser a few days ago as well. Downloading malware or fake add-ons could cause the issue. Why not try to remove all suspicious programs and extensions from the PC. Resetting hosts file and DNS data may solve the problem. I solved this problem by following these tips.
