I am thinking about buying a TV Box from a Chinese Vendor, http://www.tinydeal.com/tronfy-px339vz-p-156403.htmlwhich uses the RK3368 which is kinda prevalent in the market, but the Mali-T6X GPU seems like a good feature, I cares about video streaming most, any advice, you experts?

I think that statement that it has Mali 6X GPU may be incorrect. Another "error" by an online store. Check further before buying.

While I am no expert, RK3368 is coupled to PowerVR, a departure for Rockchip. And I don't think I have ever seen more than one CPU/GPU combo per SoC of any kind. It must be a typo.
UPDATE: RK3368
