Plex stuttering or showing "cannot play video"

Hello all,

I own a Tronsmart MXiii with s802 chipset, 2gb ram (not the plus version). I've installed Plex, but it stutters when playing 1080p or does show an error message "cannot play video".

Is anyone else also experiencing this? Or could someone tell me what settings I should use with Plex?

I get a similiar thing on another box, things you can try are

Upgrade to the latest version of Plex
Try with or without the Experimental Player option in the settings
Try using MX Player (Or another from the app store) as an External Player with Plex
