My new box stuck on bootloader screen ( Tronsmart logo ) after reboot and android system dosnt start now ( all the time Tronsmart Logo ).I did not instal ( upgrade ) anything.Just i did normal reboot.I tried to flash it using Android tool 2.25 and Factory tool 1.39 also,but with no any result.Windows 7 dosnt recognize ( not see ) my Tronsmart box ( RK chip ).The same after use driver assistant- nothing happens.Igive up in this moment.
Anybody knows how to restore my box?

First i use Rockchip_driver_USB_fix and repleced 3 rockusb files from win7 folder in Factory Tools with system32 Win7.After this operation win7 recognized my Tronsmart box and i could do any upgrade of firmeware( ex. Wasser 3.1.2 ).
Anybody knows how to restore my box?
