M8 WIFI speed problem

Hi guys,

I have an M8 box from Acemax and I've been trying lots of different firmware, custom and original but my maximum download speed is only getting to about 2.5mb and some firmware are only getting to .5mb.

I have a MXIII box and that is getting about 9mb.

Can anyone help or know of a firmware that has improved WIFI reception. I've tried JustMe 1.7a, 1.8 and 1.9.

Ok, so I took the box apart and moved the antenna which was stuck under the main board to some free space in front of it. Bam! getting 14mb download. Using JustMe 1.7a rom.
