Windows 10 Manager. Strange confusing results??????????

Sorry I didnt know where best to post this. I ran Yamicsoft Windows 10 Manager on my pipo x7s. And used the network tweak wizard. It showed all routers and keys that its been connected to. Yet it has never left my home.

It was showing the combined networks my laptop and\or mobile has been connected to. How is this possible? If I was to connect my pipo in a mates house would I get all networks and keys his devices been connected to??

Surely this a massive security risk.
