My kids have 4 of them. 2 still power on, but screens are cracked. How difficult is it to remove the screens from the ones that will not power on and replace the broken screens with them? New tablets are not an option at this time.

Not hard, but you need to be a bit patient. Google for guides on how to remove the innards and install them anew on another frame. Basically, you pop open the back, disconnect the battery, the cables, remove the screws of the logic board, lift it off, do the same with the one with the intact screen, then reinstall the good logic board on that one. Remember to disconnect the battery first after opening the back; and reconnect it last before closing it. Be careful with the speaker wires as they are fragile and snap easily. Good luck.
