I was wondering how we could get this protocal running on amlogic box. If you havent heard of it before most modern TVS have it running. It allows you to send video header information via a client on phone such as youtube and netflix to the TV . Which will open the app on the smart TV and play the video. Its not casting but more for youtube netflix to send which video to display on TV. The TV will then go to the internet and run play video. The protocal which I believe is within 4.2.2 . It was developed by google and is apart of amazon fire TV . But as these box thinks its another client is not running the server side. I was wondering if anyone knows how to enable this in the ROM .
