Old android mini pc (please help)

I have bought this stick what you see in picture long time ago, and yesterday I turned on but it's loading slow and it's give error message when trying install APK file like kodi and other. I try to looking 8 hours how to upgrade this stick but I really don't understand anything, and I don't know what firmware I should download and what version. Please if you understand about TV stick so look at the pictures and look this stick model and please give me directly link for latest version of firmware for this stick and explain for me how I can install it, o have watched alot of videos but still not understand. I appreciate for your help.

Usb ports?
Root?
What the nand space?

I am not 100% sure but its specs look like of the UG802. There are some custom roms on Freaktab.

I want ask you something also, in this stick when I try to watch live TV then it's slow down the video, I have high Internet connection but still slow down only in this stick.
This can be because of Android version is old? Or because or ram?

Last question 😀 some one sold A-Link smart TV (dongle and box) it's have been 2 years old and ram is DDR2 512 but I think about this because it's orginal and not Chinese, so do you think I can buy one of this? And box or dongle? Or do I buy new one with high ram? I only need to watch online TV on it, nothing more.
