Can anyone please let me know how can I format the CS918 with the following information on its board

I have the v1.7 Batch file to connect the box to PC and have also downloaded the rockchip drivers which are working perfectly.
I tried to flash the box with various firmware’s but none of them worked and the box powers on but does not run anything and just turnoff by itself.
Please provide me a resolution quickly as soon as possible it's my humble request.
I tried to contact various person but none were helpful. I am also attaching herewith the photograph of the mother board.
