Hello Morio2, I do not own this box and have no experience with it. So I cannot help you specifically.
I saw a thread where your problem is discussed. You will need to read through it to make sure it applies to your box. There maybe others too.
When searching here or on Google, try the search term, " bluetimes mx5", also.

Good luck. I will check back to see how it's going, and try to help further if I can.
