Can I use my X7 as a router/access point?

If I plug my internet LAN cable in to the X7, can I use my laptop to connect to the internet though the x7?

Yes.. every android tvbox i own has this option
Desktop - settings - wireless & networks - more - portable hotspot
-first use : setup Wi-Fi hotspot.. then enable hotspot

Hey That's great thanks!

However, just one issue. My X7 defaults back regular to wifi (not hotspot) when I turn it off or restart it. This is important to keep it as hotspot because when I turn it on and off, I am not near a TV where I see what is happening.

Any suggestion on how to keep it on hotspot by default?
