I bought the stick from here:

I tried lots of different roms and firmwares but they either didn't work (no signal) or they worked without wifi/BT connection. I opened it. It writes "tean e120339 94voml1" on the board and "rtl8723bs" on a chip. I can send the lists of the roms I tried. Please help me.
