PIPO X7S No Wired internet connection with the android only with the windows

Hi. I have PIPO X7S. Wired internet connection is not working with the Android system, but only with the windows. Android operating system only works wireless connection to the network (Wi.Fi).
Does it have to work like that?

Go into Settings. Turn off WIFI. Go to More... and turn on Ethernet there. Not very apparent.

after turning ethernet on you may have to reboot the box then its working

I have similar problem. With ES File Explorer i can see shared folders, but i can't acess them. I get message that maybe wlan is off, ip is wrong and few other things. Pipo is connected via ethernet, wlan is off, ethernet and ethernet discovery are enabled in settings. Sharing work fine between android phone and windows 10 pc connnected via wlan on my network. I can control pipo via chrome remote desktop and utorrent on pipo with transdroid from android phone. Only file sharing is not working. From pc i can acess all pipo's shared folders. That part is ok too. Only link phone-pipo is not working
