Av output not working on mxq s805 get and black flashing

Can anyone she'd some light on the av output for the s805 I'm using the av output cord it came with but when I plug it in the picture is unclear and all it does is flash grey and black and the picture jumps up and not repeatedly. Please help if possible

probably it's the resolution setting problem,av output should be 480p...if not you should try to use hdmi output

It works with hdmi but my TV in my room doesn't have him output
