Does the MXIII G support audio hardware decoding?

I looking to purchase a MXIII G - S812, 2GB version. I was wondering if this device can decode dolby/dts/ac3 on any video app I use besides KODI and MX player (meaning it will have sound with any video player I use)? Thanks.

Hmm.. its passthrough (see link)
Aka..you need a av receiver with Dolby/DTS support

Only devices with H have HW/decoding (s802-h/s812-h chip)

Mxplayer no longer supports ac3 (but there is a xda hack/sw fix)
Kodi supports passthrough
