Best rom for minix X7

Hi

My X7 suffers from reboots it doesnt happen all the time but usually once and hour it happens for no apparent reason. I have looked at the minix forums and installed a cpu managing app that required root.

The device still reboots after setting up this app.

I have tried picuntu from an sd card and no reboots happened while playing around with this so i am pretty certain its the android version thats the problem which is 2014-04-23.24.2.010

Can anyone recommend a decent rom ?

I guess your best options are (in no particular order):

• The official Minix v240 ROM
• Wasser v2.0.3
• QuickShot v3.1

I had the same problem. Then I installed Wasser ROM and the problem went away!
So try Wasser ROM

Thanks for the reply I am now using The official Minix v240 ROM and for the first time in about two years the Minix is usable.

I had a Mygica atv1200 that I used rather than the minix, now the mygica is redundant!
