Can't install ANY firmware/zip

I, some time ago i unbricked my S802 M8 Box with a probox 2 rom. Since that day i searched for a rom that could bring my wifi/bluetooth working. Some time ago an user gave me a rom, but when I try to flash the rom, the box restart with probox 2 rom.. what should I do?

Is there a method to convert a ZIP firmware to an IMG firmare(If i want to flash it with burning tool)

UP!!!

I flashed a rom but it won't boot up. in fact the M8 restarts in recovery and shows some lines like "can't mount E:/Cache/" or something like that. Any ideas?
