    NAND Flash Greyed Out

Hi All, I have an Orion R28 Meta which crashed and would not reboot. I re-flashed it with the latest KK firmware (lollipop would not flash ?) and it powers up fine now. However under storage I have no NAND Flash. I used AnroidTool 2.3 to read FlashInfo and it reads successfully saying it sees 14GB of Samsung memory.

When I first rebooted after flashing, although it was quick, I'm sure I saw some android boot text on my screen say something like unable to mount flash.

I tried connecting to my PC which it does correctly however in windows explorer it appears in the device list but when you click on it there is nothing to see.

    Any ideas please.

    Thanks in advance.

Before flashing new firmware, use 'EraseFlash'.

The first time I flashed the R28 I used the Restore function of RKBatchTool. I did later try to Erase the NAND with AndroidTool but it failed to complete due to the loader not restarting. (AndoidTool lost connect with device after reset)
