Arnova 10 G2 battery problem ? restore to original firmware ?

Hi, I'm new to all this and i'm looking for help/advice with my new Arnova 10 G2, I changed the firmware to a custom firmware from this site and everything went smooth "brilliant" but since this my tablet will not charge !! any help regarding this issue would be great or if someone could help me with restoring the tablet back to it's original state so i can return to the retailer for a replacement unit "i'm sure they wont exchange the unit if i have changed the firmware" any help would be very much appreciated ;-)

What you need to do is install the rockchip batch tool below and than download the firmware from the Arnova website.
Put your tablet into recovery mode and select the downloaded firmware and click upgrade, this will put
    Back on the original firmware.

    Rockchip Tool

Make Sure you flashed your "10 G2" with the correct firmware. When I first found this site I noticed that a new firmware was coming out for the "Capacitive" screen unit. I waited until it was released then flashed. It worked great until my battery needed to charge.... it would NOT take a charge, the charge light was always green. The problem was I flashed my 10 G2 with the 10b G2 firmware, big mistake. Lucky the tablet would run from the charger, so I just reflashed the unit with the proper 10 G2 firmware and it has been perfect ever since.
