Z4 : How to attach mic for Skype calling in this TV Box

I tried Skype yesterday and Camera works fine I used Logitech C900 . But I am not able to find option where I can connect a 3.5 mm mic in this box. Can someone help.

this box doesnt have mic jack.you must use webcam with built-in mic

I tried USB headset and bluetooth hands free bot couldn't get mic working for SKYPE :-(. My Logitec Webcam with mic is also not working web cam works fine.

Most boxes like this require driverless webcams. I have not tested on this one yet but used driverless webcam fine on it's little brother.

can you provide details / model no of webcam you tried.

The one I use is basically a Chinese no-name brand. I will try it out on the Z4 and check back in. If it works, I'll get model for you.

Sorry man, no luck here with my webcam. This is indeed a firmware issue. I believe it has escalated to the Rockchip level to get a fix. That could be a while. Keep eyes open for other firmware that may resolve this.

That's the problem with unknown boxes.
After sales and firmware support is lacking.

thats true so we can conclude no scope of any Audio in / mic by any means bluetooth i tried not working and USB audio as well
