Mk809iv plus amlogic s805

Greetings ya'll, new to this forum and Android.

Long story short, bought this Android stick in hopes of having a working tvstick to mycket garage. Didnt work as planned so I followed a root guide / Flash on Youtube for Mk809iv thought it was The same, but I soon found out that this stick came With amlogic s805.

I did try to flash finless rom 1.1 but the screen got black so I tried a flash for s805 amlogic (random one) and it started again but now wifi and Bluetooth / sound doesnt work but atleast it boots up.

1. The reason why i wanted to flash was because the stick was very slow, long boot time even longer app load, netflix viaplay didnt run movies without freezing video but sound went on.
2. Obviously i didnt know what i got into since now the stick is useless without wifi etc.

The stick says s805 h.265 Mk809iv plus With red slider

Anyone have a working rom for this stick?
I wasted 4 days trying to get rkbatchtool to work only to find out its an amlogic.
The new firmware is super fast but NO internet.

I open the stick but the only writing i could see was s805 on one chip.

Hopefully someone can chime in, im AT a loss

I found out its rtl8189etv chipset wellpapp, atleast I think it is!
Anyone have a. Img file rom for s805 With this wifi module?

I tried putting rom into SD hold reset then power up the unit but it gets stuck on "Google" load. Tried even without SD.
I can only flash With usb burning rom using Img file.

I'll gladly donate 50usd for anyone helping me getting this stick to work again!

Hey mate, I got the same stick a few days ago. It's still got the stock rom. I'm new to the tv stick game however it seems we didn't get the best tv stick for custom roms.
If anybody knows how I can copy my stock rom from linux (I'm running Linux Mint 17.2) I'll gladly pass on the copy to you. Don't worry about the $50.
You could also perhaps contact the seller? They might have it.

We have s805, should be The same like others except maybe rtl wifi module.

I contacted seller and I got stock rom zip file but when i put it on micro SD, hold reset and power it up it gets stuck on bootload showing "Google tv" tried With and without SD, Can only flash. Img using a program on PC..

Looks like I have NO recovery.. Now I have 3 sticks not working since I did The same to all.. Lol
