MX BOX PROBLEM

I have an android mx box that is not showing anything but blank screen power goes with blue light with SD card and firmware files but no display on tv just black screen
wont bring up the recovery robot any ideas how to bring this back to life please

Did you ever have a picture on that screen?
That Box does not cope with some monitors. If you get a blue light, it appears to have loaded the firmware correctly.

Yes I did but now just a blank screen
