Guys anyone can help me out ???i did a factory reset of this tronsmart mxiii plus and i got stuck at the bootloop ,did the latest factory update trough the usb comp update with the tool all went smooth but im still stuck at the bootloop,did another factory firmware reinstall the first one from tronsmart website all went smooth with the comp but still stuck at the boot logo 
so what i did wrong or is something wrong with the box??btw i bought it from geekbuying.
