wifi 5 ghrz

sorry to bother you Guys on rk3188 ..... i have a measu u2c, and wifi is good, but since i use it for streaming videos, i would like to upgrade to 5 ghz, on the measy u2c i have throughput at 2.5 - 3.0 mb/s and have a need for 4-5 mb/s, this is what i get on my galaxy s2 with 5ghz band,,,,so the can t428 do this ???

I have no idea how people measure this. The only apps I can find measure internet or mobile broadband speed, they don't measure the speed between device and router.

All I can tell you is that my 5GHz works well on my T428, but exactly how fast data is moving, I've no idea.

thanks for the reply ....i have an asus rt-n56u router there is software i can measure with, else if you have another device on the same Network you could send a file from that to your t428 and see how long time it takes or on a windows comp you could do the same and see in real time the upload speed
