Need help Porting cm10.1

I wanted to know if it was possible to port cm10.1 from the nook color to my Lenovo Ideapad A1, they both a very similar in spec. I tried it my self but, I had no luck.(I don't have much Experience.)

Ideapad A1
-Stock ICS= As Base

Nook Color
RC1 Jelly Bean - cm-10.1.0-RC1-encore = Port.
Rom http://get.cm/get/7Gz

Hard way to do because of changed drivers and gralloc
